True. However, I'm inclined to believe this guy really is a genetic oddity. He's in the Guinness Book of Records, so I'd expect that they made some effort to verify the accuracy of his claims?
4,600 cals + the cola cals is a lot though. Presumably then (if he is reporting accurately) his body must be burning them off as heat or something?
