Can anyone advise please ? I find it difficult to imagine what might happen if I took a testosterone booster such as ZMA , fenu-wotitsface etc. I reckon I would end up on either an ABH charge or done for sexual harrasment .

I have always suffered / or been blessed with (whichever way you look at it) with what I think must be extremely high testosterone levels . My sexual appetite is worrying and has been since I was an adolescent . I know most blokes are supposed to think about sex every few minutes , but my "horn" is actually very annoying and not good for sustaining a succesfull monogamous relationship . I am also a very angry person (useful for my weight training) .

My question is - Are there any supps that can relax my sexual anxieties and anger ? Does my testosterone need reducing ? I currently take Valerian at night (for sleep , no other reason) , and am being prescribed 40mg daily of Citalopram (anti-anxiety / depressent) . I am wondering if 5-HTP might be a good natural alternative ??

    Help much appreciated .

Before you go messing with test levels, I'd advise getting them checked. It's entirely possible that your T levels could be normal and something else might be causing your increased libido. I expect you'd get all sorts of needless aggro from yuor doc if you asked for a test, so if you decide to go private, I've used these guys before and they're great: TheDoctor Ltd: putting YOU in charge of YOUR health

If it turns out you do have high T levels then the best way to bring them down might be to get fat. Then all the extra aromatase will convert it to estrogen.

I'm actually quite jealous. I feel I should be honest here. I mean, I turn 40 next year and I still wake up under a tent every morning, but I'd still like more T and a higher sex drive.

Found this on wiki under testosterone (must be true ) .

"Contrary to what has been postulated in outdated studies and by certain sections of the media, aggressive behaviour is not typically seen in hypergonadal men who have their testosterone replaced adequately to the eugonadal/normal range. In fact, aggressive behaviour has been associated with hypogonadism and low testosterone levels and it would seem as though supraphysiological and low levels of testosterone and hypogonadism cause mood disorders and aggressive behaviour, with eugondal/normal testosterone levels being important for mental well-being. Testosterone depletion is a normal consequence of aging in men. One consequence of this is an increased risk for the development of Alzheimer’s Disease.[23][24]"

Think I will get my Testo measured by the TheDoctorLtd , will be interesting if it is actually low , and I assume much easier to correct .

If you are producing higher than average amounts of testosterone, roll with it and reap the rewards.

ZMA isn't that good for raising test levels imo..doesn't do nothing extra for me at all in that regard.
