    You know BCAA is very insulinogenic, so once your nearing decent leanness this could have an effect in getting rid of stubborn bodyfat, doing it fasted won't impact on muscle to any great degree either especially as it's steady state. So in my opinion I'd do it totally fasted then have breakfast.

    cheers for all the help ATZ, i have learned alot reading through your posts on bcaa. as it is so expensive i think ill skip it and just do it fasted =D. what would your thoughts be on having caffiene before the workout?

    Caffeine? No probs, good time to take advantage if it's stimulant and possible thermogenic effects.

    i have done this before with the addition of a weighted vest. 50 minute brisk walk before breakfast 5 days a week for 4 weeks on nothing more than a glass of water. combined with a slight restriction in calories plus normal training in the evenings. lost 10lbs in 4 weeks, with no drop off in performance in my weight training.

    Always good to hear about real life experiences that back up articles/info

    May have to try this over the xmas holidays.
