I am a rugby player and am weighing 206 lbs. My training is 5 to 6 (occasionally 7) days a week with only 1, 2 or no rest days, I have a relatively low body fat percentage but am looking to try and drop my weight to around 190-195 lbs for the upcoming 7's season. My one dilemma is that it one of my aims at the moment is to increase my lean muscle mass, what calorie diet would you recommend for me training day and my rest day?
