    Eatting (sic) clean only has relevancy to fat loss insofar as it can help restrict calories by cutting out certain types of calorie dense foods. Eating under maintenance with adequate protein is the best way to lose body fat (while retaining lean mass) imo. But I don't need to tell James that

    I think the issue with me is I don't have a lot of mass, which I am now working on! Once that issue is rectified I believe fat loss will look 'more even' throughout my body. As you say, person-to-person store fat differently, I am doubly unlucky as I store most in my lower abs, too!

    Me too buddy im the same i found if i wanted to strip fast SAQ work is brilliant and you pretty much eat all the time and bulk up !!

    Speed Agility and Quickness. (its a lot of ladder work, resisted sprints, bungee sprinting, fartlek and interval training)
