    Here is a list of foods which aid in joint health, with the associated reason below the product.

    However, supplements will only do part of the job I would suggest you get a physiotherapist if you haven't already .. in which to take you through a post treatment care programme as if the surrounding musculature becomes weak/inhibited or strong/overactive postural changes will occur and reinjury will be likely .. which will of course effect your time in the gym.

    However i'm sure you have thought about that, or at least the hospital has

    Cissus is a banned substance?? Definitely didn't know that. any idea why it's banned?

    Its not banned per se, but it contains quite a few plant hormones, and some times some banned substances, which could possibly cause a positive drugs test.
