Just joined because of your post; i've also done the same thing only to realise that it's pretty much pointless. If it's really gyno, then the only real way to get rid of it is through surgery, since it's tissue, something that no amount of exercise can get rid of. By training your chest, you're only making it more noticeable since you're developing muscle underneath the tissue and pushing it out.
It would help if you could upload a picture, but you can also check by pitching around your areola; if it feels hard, then it's tissue.
I know it's not exactly what you were hoping to hear, but it's best to know as soon as possible. I dealt with it for years and years before i actually knew what gyno was about.
