    Hey

Just joined because of your post; i've also done the same thing only to realise that it's pretty much pointless. If it's really gyno, then the only real way to get rid of it is through surgery, since it's tissue, something that no amount of exercise can get rid of. By training your chest, you're only making it more noticeable since you're developing muscle underneath the tissue and pushing it out.

It would help if you could upload a picture, but you can also check by pitching around your areola; if it feels hard, then it's tissue.

I know it's not exactly what you were hoping to hear, but it's best to know as soon as possible. I dealt with it for years and years before i actually knew what gyno was about.

how did you get the gyno? Steroids or Pro hormones, or something else? I also had a problem with this; It started with itchy nipples which then became quite painful. Eventually I realised what the problem was and after closer examination found a lump under my right nipple.
If this is the worst you`ve got, then a course of a prescription only drug might work. It did for me. Not only did it completely "dissolve" the lump but I`ve had no problems since.
If your problem is worse than this then I`m afraid surgery is your only option.

Sorry I can't help with your gyno issue but I was wondering about your "hump." Are you completing a balanced workout? I'm no expert but are you doing any pulls or rows in addition to your upper body pressing movements. Do you dead lift at all?

Hi again..If, by "those pills", you mean the ****, you can buy them online. I`ll probably be banned for referencing a specific site, so you might want to pm me if you can do that on here. They don`t work for everyone, but if you`ve just got itchy, erect nipples and a small lump they probably will.

BTW, which part of glasgow, and which gym do you use? I live5 mins walk from the fitness first on the Cathcart road. Not a good gym for bodybuilders, but it`s convenient.
