    This seminal paper by Seth Roberts is a cracking read. He spent 12 years doing meticulous self-experimentation to improve his sleep, health, and weight using inspirations from Stone Age lifestyle and Pavlovian associative psychology. His findings with 'Food Reward' have sparked alot of new ideas about fat loss recently.
