So am currently preparing to write a literature review for one of my university modules.

    Details -
Critically analyse literature on a specific research question of my choice
    2500 words + 10% allowance.
    5min presentation + questions.

Initially I was going to do it on the synergistic effect of beta alanine and creatine on performance compared to them taken alone. However, am questioning whether this would be that good. I'm wondering if any of you keen research readers have any ideas or suggestions that I could look into. I could even let you know on my conclusions if you didn't want to look at loads of research to see how valid or reliable it was.

Supplements or training, it doesn't matter, let's hear it!

    Cheers

Just out of interest what course are you on? I did a presentation on the effects of creatine on performance and DOMs last year, but i dont know enough about beta alanine to give you any suggestions. I'm assuming there'll be a lot of research out there to help you though!

I think this is an interesting topic, what research papers have you used?
Another route might be to compare on a specific type/characteristic of performance...

Could you use your exercise study that you are doing for a friend as real world guinea pigging on yourself? (in relation to BA and creatine on intra-set recovery and overall performance).
