PubMed is your best friend!
Ok so im doing my dissertation on:
The prevalence of obesity in young adults and its relationship with diet and exercise.
Keeping it pretty simple as im on my last straw with studying and any unnecessary stress might just kill me off!
So if anyone has any thoughts, opinions, pointers... or if they've come across any related literature, i'd appreciate any info!

Depends on how much detail you want to go into, loads and loads of things you could discuss off the top of my head. How many words is it?

Theres no limit really. You could list the points off the top of your head and i'll decide how much detail i will go into once i've researched them
What is your rationale for this study? e.g. what are you aiming to show/demonstrate.
I think trying to narrow the research question/title down a little bit to something really specific will help you when it comes to finding studies and constructing your literature review. For example 'An exploration of the barriers and facilitators obesity patients in the UK face when adhering to a daily structured walking programme.' This would allow you to do a really good qualitative study to help us understand what barriers obesity patients face when exercising and will then ultimately inform health professional to develop strategies to overcome them (example rationale).
I think looking to explore the link between obesity prevalence with both diet and exercise would be massive - but certain things you would definitely want to explore when doing this would be the '5 factor model of adherence', 'patient self locus of control', 'personality traits' 'body image and motivation'.
Hope this helps
