Severe Weather Affecting MP Services
Due to the current severe weather conditions affecting many parts of the UK, we are experiencing a number of issues which may affect our service levels and the service we can offer you. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are doing everything humanly possible to minimise the impact.
1. Order despatch and delivery times may be affected due to restricted courier services. Please bear this in mind when placing or following up on an order.
2. Stock availability on some items may be reduced due to disruptions in our supply chains.
3. Customer Service support may not be available by email or phone due to staff shortages.
We would ask at this time that you only contact us by email and in extreme cases as this will help us minimise the backlog and get all our services back fully operating again.
