Hi Dave,
I was just wondering how you calculated your BF% ?
I mean no disrespect and the only reason I ask is because I think I am perhaps leaner than you however my scales and calipers put me at around 21%

Lee25....No worries, no offence taken. I use 2 different scales and take an average of the two, the 2 scales are allways about 4% different to each other with the same one allways being the highest of the two. I've also had a gym instructer do a skinfold on me twice and both times it's been similar to what the mid range of my two scales to be. Also I've used this website BF Calc and got similar results. I can see what you mean though, the pics arent very flattering of me and when I took the pics I was having what a women would describe as a 'fat day'
Lionhair...getting there with my deadlifts, dropped the weight and concentrating on form for now. an update will be appearing in my log this afternoon on that fron tho.

Agree with Tru, can't wait to see what the back looks like after some fat loss, as its looking nice and wide now. Sometimes I feel kinda ghey making comments like this, but its true, seeing people's transformations are really interesting!

Oops not a good start for me.
I've been promising my self that once this HST cycle out of the way I will allow myself a small pizza to share with the wife. This would be a coupl of weeks into this competition and which woudn't be good. So I allowed my self one last night, thing is, the wife was out so I had a whole 14" meat feast to myself.
