i agree should bulk
i decided to cut first and it was probably the worst decision possible. kept cutting slowly ( and wrongly ) and made next to no progress in over year.
just bulk in the hope of lean muscle gains from now till February.. then cut

yeh I did try losing fat and gaining muscle for a long time, and it was a slow process. now im just gonna try and gain loads of muscle then shred the fat . got my new routine sorted:
monday:
bulgarian split squat
calf raise
romanian deadlift
cable crunch
leg raise
tuesday: cardio
wednesday:
bench press
incline bench
dips
military press
lat raise
thursday : cardio
friday:
wide grip pull ups
stiff legged deadlift
bent over row
hammer curl
E-Z bar curl
sound good? too much of one muscle group? not enough of another?
please critisize
sorry romanian deadlift is on friday and stiff legged on monday
