    How about cleaning up the mess at the side of the bed? It's a washing basket to put things in not on and around it? lol

    Good luck... You just need to tone up and the fat loss will come with it..

    Mmmm possibly if you leanly bulked, otherwise no.

    I don't think you're fat at all, if I was in your position I'd deffo go the bulking route.

    Personally if you just started lifting weights and gaining muscle, you would tone up by increasing muscle and the fat would burn it self off... (that's purely in laymans terms not in anyway technical)..

    Tied with a decent eating plan you will improve the shape and look as though you have lost weight.
    Remember Muscle weight ios denser than fat.

    Stick with the cut, there is no point in having muscle coverd in a layer of fat. Get lean first and then start bulking! been in the same situation where i bulked when i should have cut and it took me a hell of a long time to get down to a decent bodyfat %.
