    as in cant get out of bed, dont want to eat, shivering but really hot, extremely sore throat and chest, feel like i will pass out every time i go for a pee!!!

    feeling a bit better today, still achey but dont feel as dizzy, will be hitting the gym if all goes better today

    sounds good LH, id be up for that (although my entry wouldnt be until 1st february as im away to florida for 2 weeks from the 15th january and im eating anything i want lol, just going to really enjoy myself. )
