got myself a push bike as well and "sorned" the car, bit extreme i know but sure all the little journeys to work (1.5miles) i used to make in the car wont of helped my situation, been cycling since sunday and i havnt gone to work in the morning while its been dry yet lol i had forgotten just how unappealing the gym s at 6.15 am

only thing i do outside is 3 mile a day to work on the push rocket which i suppose if 15 miles a week in total, plan was to watch my food intake for the first few weeeks loose a bit of weight, then add some fat burning on a morning at the gym loose a bit more weight, then up the fat burning with longer/ more seessions at the gym and then when the fat loss slow down a little do the anabolic diet/ketosis diet as i find weightloss below 15 stone 7 pounds very hard indeed but thought this might give the fat a kick up the **** with it being from completely left field ?

lost 18 ish pounds so far, last little push before the finish date hoping to get rid of 20 pounds in total hopefull loose last little bit before the finish date.
cant wait to see the new side by side photos and see what difference it has made my belts have had to have an extra hole put in them now and my jeans are too loose ! held off buying more as want to drop more weight !!!!!
