I've only just seen these pics but do you remember how you measured your chest? You look like you had closer to a 40" chest, especially if your waist was around 36".

Ha, i didn't do the pics the mrs did. The pics ain't as good as i had hoped! I had a big meal to celebrate the 12 weeks training and was quite bloated there but yeah i'm happy with my gains. I have put around a stone on and not much change in bf%.
Out of interest what bf% do people think I am. I have been working around the 18% mark
