    Ok first the progress/excuses...

As i said originally i had issues doing single pressups not too far back. My squat max was around 40kg for 5x5 when i started, deadlift was around 45kg, bench was around 20kg. Now i am doing over my bodyweight in squats (77.5kg 5x5) my deadlift is now at 90kg (5x5) and my bench is at 45kg (5x5). I am over the moon about these numbers more than anything.

Diet wise i have yoyo'd big time. I spent 2 weeks in poland half way through and stopped paleo, put on all my weight and 2kg's more. Then i came back got depressed and ate rubbish for another week putting on more weight. Now i am really back on and into paleo. I eat great food now with lots of meat and fish (rabbit, venison, lamb, bream, skate etc etc) and lots of different types of veggies and fruit. Shopping is great now, just use 2 aisles (meat then veg/fruit) and usually find something different/interesting. I also now use a butcher regularly.
My skin has improved, no spots on my face and the others on my body are clearing up/gone now. I havn't been outside much more but my skin is generally more tanned.
I feel more energetic and i have not been ill since being paleo.

Since my binge i have cut down my weight again but can't help wondering how much leaner i would be if i hadn't have done it.

Size wise some changes, some bigger (good) and some smaller (the ones you want smaller) which is also good.
I didn't do this for size though (hence the 5x5 routine) i did it for strength. Now i have come off of 5x5 and i am doing a push pull legs routine with lower sets (4-6) and based around the major compounds.

    Below are the figures:

    Height: 180cm
    Bodyfat (3 site): 13.2% (-1.9)
    Weight: 74 kg (-8)
    Measurements (untensed):
Around the largest part of stomach: 85cm (-4)
    Upper leg: 59cm (+3)
    Lower leg: 41cm (+1)
    Chest - Across nipple line: 100cm (+4)
Between belly button and nipple line: 81cm (-3)
    Shoulders: 111cm (+3)
    Upper arm: 32cm (+2)
    Neck: 34cm

Excuse the wonky lat-spread pose, i'm not that wonky i just can't work camera and timer with my back to it, so i struggled here!
So going forward... keep the diet nailed and keep going as i am at the moment i think.
I still take l-glutamine, cod liver/omega 3, taurine and zma and probably will keep taking them for a while yet.

At first I thought you'd put on some lard. Then I noticed the "before" photos were after the "after" photos. Well done, that is a noticeable improvement.
