Hi guys,
First off I want to say good luck to everyone on this. I am very far behind everyone so have more to do but hope this wee ceompetition cean help me out a bit! yes I know I have A LOT of extra fat but thats the whole point of a transformation, to get ride of it!
anyway, thought i would start with a few stats:
Height: 5'10
Weight: 277lbs (19st 7lbs)
BF: 37%
Resting Heart Rate: 72bpm
Blood Sugar (6am): 5.0mmol/L
Measurements:
Neck: 16.5"
Shoulders: 57"
Chest: 47"
Arms: 17.5"
Upper Abs: 44.5"
Bellybutton: 49"
Thighs: 28"
Calves: 19.5"
Main goal is to try and get myself into a better shape. I know this will be long term but hope the first 12 weeks is when I get decent results. No specific weight loss goals, just get the fat off.
