Body Transformation Contest 2011 Rules.

Below are the rules for the MP Body Transformation Contest 2011. Credit where it is due, the majority of the rules are based upon previous rulesets by Lionhair and MP with changes based upon what has been said already.

1) Entry date is 1st of February. Pictures can be entered as late as the 4th for any stragglers but no later than that. Close date is the 1st of May for everybody.

2) Entries should be made in the this sub-forum and should be named Entry:Name, for example [Entry:HBK]. These friends can be then used to discuss each others pictures and to discuss your own progress if you wish.

3)Inside the thread you create should be :

• Your goal, (fat loss, bulk, etc).
• A mandatory picture of you, full body, relaxed. This is to make it easier for the judges to determine who has made the biggest changes.
• Another mandatory picture, chosen from the following list:
  - Front Double Biceps
  - Front Lat Spread
  - Side Chest
  - Back Double Biceps
  - Back Lat Spread
  - Side Triceps
  - Front Abdominal-Thigh Isolation
  I realize it was originally 2 pictures but some people are put off by the idea of posing, so I think we can compromise with just the one. Please note that the same pose must be used in the final picture too.

4) Anybody who doesn't want to post their before pictures (rule 3) can optionally email them to me to confirm their entry then post them, along with final pictures, at the close date. A thread should still be made with your goals. Email address is: mpbodytransformation@gmail.com. Email must contain your MP username and once received I'll confirm your entry.

5) At the close date (May 1st) the thread you made (rule 2) should be updated to include your a new pair of pictures. As discussed in rule 3 it will be a full body relaxed shot and the pose you chose originally. Anybody who emailed their entry should post their starting and finishing pictures at this point.

6) Pictures can be posted as late as May 3rd, but no later.

If anything has been missed or you feel should be altered then post in the discussion thread I'll make once this has been posted.

If a mod could close this thread that would be great. Also, if a mod could remove the past entries from the Body Transform subforum and put them in Archived that would be great too!
