Aim is for sub 10% bodyfat, would really want to get 6-8%, then can REALLY sort out a nice steady slow lean gain diet. I think the reasons I have put off keeping lean before is never really reaching the bodyfat I have wanted - I feel once I do get that golden figure of 6-8% bodyfat, I shall be able to really focus on my training, gauging lean gains but gradual strength and weight gain.
Would love to be ripped for August when I'm in Japan next as I'm going to be training at Golds in Shibuya - how vain of me!![]()

Taking the week off both diet (super strict anyway) and training, REALLY damaged my back in Fridays session and having learnt that rest is key for back recoveries I've decided to take the week off (also busy at work and have a gig friday night), might do some dumbbell work here at home a few times on shoulders, biceps and triceps, possibly some pistol goblet squats also; other than that just taking back easy with stretching and lunchtime walks at work. Bummer![]()
