Goal: Fat loss
![]()
Present Stats:
Total weight 193 lbs and body fat 23.8% (18mm on callipers)
Lean body 193 * 76.2% = 147lbs
Goal Less than 15% bf (therefore cutting) by May 1st
Most muscle gain, from past experience, 3lbs
if 150 lbs lean and 15% fat new weight will be
150/85 * 100 = 176.5 lbs (12 stone 8 lbs )
193 – 176 = 17 lbs, over 13 weeks that is 1.3 lbs/week
or approx 4550 Kcals per week or 650 Kcals a day net loss.
Bulk of this will be from the extra exercise, including lifting, I’m now redoing. A change in eating habits should see to the rest. I have changed my diet so I take in more protein and go for foods that are lower in energy density.
