cheers guys. wish I could take credit for a lot of the size but measured my self this morning and the calipers are telling me I'm all but 25%BF
so at 16st 12 that gives me a LBM of 177lbs (12st 9lbs or 80kgs lbm)
to go down to 15% and maintain lbm would give me a total of 14st 11.
so there we go. my target weight is 14st11 ( a 2 stone drop in 3 months)

accu measures told me this morning that at 16st 10 Im now under 23.4% Plus I have digi bf scales that although will never be accurate they are too showing a 2% bf drop.
diet kicked into gear this week too. 4th day of IF and consuming approx 2000 kcals per day, training days have approx 600kcals more but the only difference is the 2x total protein shakes and 1x recovery xs I consume.
food is a mince and veg mix, 1000kcals per portion, 1pm and 830-9pm. WO day shakes come in at 3pm, 530pm and pwo (8pm). carbs should be under 100g per day as veg is only broccolli, carrots and chopped tomatoes.
