    Ok here goes!

    Entry: tony4100

    Age: 39 (40 on Friday yeah!)

    Height: 182cm/5ft 11in

    Weight: 83kg/182lbs

    Previous: Been on a calorie deficit for 2 years loosing body fat.

    Current: Started to eat over maintenance a week ago.

    Goal: Trying to put on some muscle to improve strength.

    Training: SL 5x5. Squat 90kg/Bench 65kg/OHP 45kg/DL 130kg







    First time I have ever tried such an approach, not sure how it will go so got to keep the fat gain in check!

    Good job on the fat loss. Looks like you have a good base to build on.

    Nice legs, no wonder you can squat more than me, lol
    My Weight loss progress:
    Start - 09/01/2011 : 14st 6.2lbs : 25.8% BF. Current - 13/01/2012 : 13st 1.0lbs : 20.7% BF. Down 1st 5.2lbs and 5.1% BF - (Down 3.0lbs and 1.3% BF this week )

    Just run the tape around my right calf and it measures 17 inches, left one a tad smaller. The result of squats and deadlifts!

    Weighed myself this morning and I came in at 191lbs, up from 182.5lbs. So about 2lbs increase per week, not as much as I thought but still a bit too much I think? I do feel a little fatter but do not look that much in the mirror (says as he breathes in)

    Goal was to increase strength. Got my squat up to 105kg, OHP to 47.5kg, bench to 67.5kg and Dead lift to 130kg. Form is letting me down on the deadlift.
