    Just a bit of an update as were 2/3rds way through now, taken my 3rd set of pics now to see if i'm progressing, seem to be making slow progress but progress non the less. I lost 3kg in the 1st month during Feb, i seemed to lose it a bit in March though as i only lost 1-1.5kg this may be because i was struggling for strength at times in the gym and i think my calorie deficit was maybe to much. I decided to eat a bit more and the weight loss has slowed but the strength is returning a bit so fingers crossed i have a good April and see some good final results.

    30th Jan 96kg
    3rd Mar 93kg
    1st Apr 91-92kg

    I'd love to try and get to under 88.9kg (14st) psycologicaly this a barrier to me as when 16-17 years old being 13.5 st i wanted to bulk up to it. i never got there from the gym though. Passing my driving test (i used to cycle most places befor), being legally allowed to booze and getting a job working out of town in construction eating junk at every meal and having a gallon of beer (at least) 6 nights a week i soon passed it untill i maxed out at 16st 2lb at 19. i've never got back below 14st been near a few times on various health kicks over the years i think 14st 4lb is the best.

    Right, i'm working all day tomorrow and dont want to miss the deadline. I've decided to upload then today to be on the safe side. Not had any accurate measurements of weight or bodyfat done. Weight wise 4th Jan 99kg, I was 96kg when i started this. I'm currently around the 90kg mark. I've managed to keep my strength about the same whilst losing weight so am happy with that.

    lookin far beter mate....Nice job. You can even notice a big difference arround your face...and posture looks beter also. Well done.

    Thanks everyone for all the positive comments,

    The gym finally got some new scales today (others broke 2 weeks ago). Weighed in today at 89.6kg so thats 6.4kg loss since entering the competition and 9.4kg loss since 4th Jan.
