Hi everyone,

Here's my entry, Shocking photo's i know but hopefully i'll make good improvements. I didn't realise how bad i looked untill i saw these. They some how look worse than looking in the mirror!

Current Stats,

Hight, 5'11"/ 180cm
Weight, 96kg
BMI 29.6 (about a mars bar of officially being obese)

Goals,

I'm not really too concerned about how much i weigh, i'm more bothered about how i look. So i guess my goal is to lose fat and tone up.

Thanks and good luck to you aswell. There seems to be some real good spirits and comradery about this competition. I know i dont stand a chance of being any way near the winner but it's giving me inspiration and motivation.

Why the hell not? You've got as much chance as anyone else...I don't think they're looking for the perfect physique, I think they're looking for the person who makes the biggest changes and so long as you're dedicated you've got just as much chance as the rest of us...so go for it and go for it hard. Good luck :-)

Good point. Hopefully i'll do good. Hopefully everyone else will aswell.

Really glad i did the photo's on monday not yesterday or today as i got a caught a bit of sun watching the golf on friday and have a pinkish t shirt tan.
