    Goal: Closest I can get to fitness model condition in the time frame
    Start Date: 23rd-26th Feb
    Possible Pose/s: Back double biceps / Front relaxed / Side Triceps
    Starting weight: 88-88.5kg
    Bodyfat %: 9-10% (wild guess)
    Height: 5"11
    Supplements: Impact Whey / Creatine Mono / Fish Oil / Z&M

    Cheers man, I know im defo within 9-10% possibility slightly over e.g 10.3% or something but im no way genetically gifted lol i bust my bum in the kitchen and weights room lol.

    haha yup dont forget though fat free mass consists alot of water , how much of it I dont know but I may get booked in for a bodpod session see were I stand with LBM.

    I think it's only something like 120g per kilo, so you're prob around 85-86k at 10%
