Started 3 weeks ago, it was a good decision, body fat is going down muscle mass on the up, I did clean up my diet before hand so it wasnīt a radical change, the report is well written and got me really roaring to go.
Currently itīs still easy as the weights are still light but patience is needed and this is a long journey anyway, I donīt expect to become the Hulk in 3 months, not even in 10 years by that matter lol.
In sum I think for beginners this is spot on, no endless list of machine work, simple straightforward compound exercises...
