    I just went to stonglifts to copy and paste again, clicked on the article heading and had the same gobldegook come up on there site. Whats up with that ??

    LH's link just takes me to a page with a portion of the main site banner at the top and a blank page underneath and the OP link still takes me to a page full of gobbledegook!
