    Hi all

just a quick one, how well do normal oats mix up in a blender?, is it better to buy the ground ones from myprotein?

    Thanks

I drink normal oats without blending, but my training partner much prefers ultra fine oats from MP. Try them and see which is better for you.

would it not be quicker to try it and see for your self?

but as you asked, ive put oats in many of my smoothies, they don't decintergrate but the're certainly no choaking hazard either.

LH, you seem to be obsessed with putting pictures into posts?

Are you a very visual person or something?

    Just curious.

I have everything from rolled oats in a shake, blended normal rolled oats in a shake and MP's Ultra Fine Oats (only when I feel like having a 'posher' shake, as rolled oats are fine for me...). When on the go and with a shaker, ultra fine is a good way to go.

Fine oats agree with my guts much better. Standard rolled oats, unless they are in porridge, do my guts in.
