I've found a video for Bent over rows as well - I dunno how good it is, there seems to be a bit of criticism of his technique on the comments but thought it might help people - it's certainly helped me:

I've been bringing my elbows out and wondering why I felt it more in me shoulders, but apparently I should be keeping them in to concentrate it more on my back. Hope other people find the vid useful.
