I wouldn't say i am fat at all, but i have a bit of excess skin left from when i used to be a bit 'weighty' i weight about 11 stone and i don't have a belly. I just have the last bit of weight i want to lose and was thinking of investing into a weight loss supplement. (thermobol or the green tea caps)

I was wondering if anyone thinks they are worth investing in or just to keep doing what i am doing which is training 5 days a week (mainly weight training) Or if anyone knows of any decent diet weight loss plans!

    Cheers!

    11 stone?

How tall are you? I'm guessing you are around 5'5" - 5'8"?

Post your diet up to get some constructive feedback.

Found this information very intelligent and well structured, not only from Radicalry but from other contributors

The formula re protein ingestion and body weight was really helpful. Must say although my calorie intake is not the highest I do eat a lot of crap... sugary food, fried food. bread etc

I must say a lightbulb went off when I came to the Rest and Repair section. Right now I was planning to be in the gym but have been on it constant with v little rest, esp the last fortnight. right now I feel pretty broken. I think I will also invest in some protein shakes, just doing some research on which will serve my needs best - to define, tone and stay slim as opposed to bulk out and get massive. I have risen from 10.5 stone to 11 stone in last few weeks though which I hope is a positive step

    Thanks, will keep reading
