    I meant like meat thats in the fridges, that's not fresh, in slices etc..

    So would a decent brekky be a couple of slices of wholemeal bread, beans and poached eggs? or a tuna salad sandwich? for examples.

    Yeah thats fine; i'll have 2 slices of wholemeal toast with 3 or 4 poached eggs.

    Personally i couldn't eat a tuna salad sandwich for breakfast

    Although i do often crack open a tin of tuna and grab a fork. Excellent source of protein and quite cheap to buy in bulk.

    Oh and i'd stay away from packaged 'sandwich' meats.
