    Hello All.

Recently started out training and purchased some Creapure and some Impact whey protein. So been having three shakes a day [3 x 25g] with one dose of 5g of Creapure.

I weight 10st, just around 140ls, 5 foot 6 '' and want to bulk up. Not bulk up massive, i just want more of a athletic / boxer build. Nice defined muscle. At the moment i would say that i don't have a lot of body fat and getting the results i want shouldn't take to long. I'm not skinny, i just need to bulk up a little.

    My diet is as follows.

Morning - One bowl of Oat Granola or Scrambles eggs on two slices of wholemeal bread. One glass of Cranberry Juice. One Impact Whey Shake[25g]

Lunch - Tuna and Sweetcorn with Mayo. One Impact Whey Shake[25g].

Workout - Creapure & Impact Whey Shake[25g]. Water.

Dinner - 2 x Chicken Breast or Rump Steak with Veg.

Can anyone out there offer any advice, if i need more food, supplements etc.

    Thanks for your time Guys.

    Andy.

    Hi Lloydon,

Check out the beginners section on the forums page, there are some really useful stickies to be found concerning diet and training, and they'll provide you with some interesting bedtime reading!

As for advice on the diet, I would say try to ensure you eat wholefoods 90% of the time and just use your whey protein in your post work shake out or if your eating on the hoof so to speak! Also make sure you include some essential fats in your diet, these can be found in things like olive oil, fish oil, real butter, nuts and seeds. Happy training!

when you say tuna and sweetcorn with mayo, do you mean sandwich?

    Your diet is lacking carbs!

Without seeing your workout program I couldn't offer any more advice.

Ok, i normally have a microwavable tub that i just stick in egg mayo, or tuna and mayo, or chicken and mayo. Just eat that when i need something quick. Don't really throw it onto a sandwich.

I was under the impression that i don't need alot of carbs in my diet, as the protein will make me build up.

    Workout would be

    Monday
Incline Bench Press / Flat Bench Press.
    Chest Flye.
    Lateral Raises.
    Free Weight Work.

    Tuesday
Incline Bench Press / Flat Bench Press.
    Chest Flye.
    Sit up's.
    Precher Curl.
    Double Handed Tricep Extension.

    Wednesday
Incline Bench Press / Flat Bench Press.
    Chest Flye.
    Leg Work.
    Free Weights.

    Friday
Incline Bench Press / Flat Bench Press.
    Chest Flye.
    Lateral Raises.
    Free Weight Work.
    Double Handed Tricep Extension.

I know this is very similar !

Sorry but you have got it all wrong!

You are working your chest every time you go to the gym, its a surprise that you even have one left!

You should break your body parts up in to seperate days, a muscle needs time to recover and grow, you are not allowing this.
