Flax seed is best taken as a seed, the oil is very prone to oxidation so best avoided.

Some light cardio may or may not help with a head ache, it can't hurt to try

Good oils if you can get them fresh and unrefined, but you cant cook with them.

mmm walnut oil drizzled on some steamed veg is gorgeous!!!

i found that flaxseeds in seed form didn't do anything for me. they leave me in the same form they went in. i even tried soaking them.

Yeah, most people need to grind them to get any kind of nutrition out of them.

it's hard losing weight being veggie/vegan (well i find anyway)
i'm a veggie and used to find myself eatting loads of carbs, i cut them down a bit, but still have them!

i think nuts are excellent, whenever you feel yourself wanting crisps etc reach for some cashews/macadamias etc (i have chilli cashews i get from an indian shop my uncle owns, there sooo nice and doesn't have too much salt )

it must be hard being a vegan, i couldn't live without dairy (ok i know there is all the soya stuff, but i hate that stuff, my niece has to have it due to her eczema)
if you want 5% off first order, use the code... MP53975
if you don't use the code... MP53975

oh trust me, it's an aquired taste!!

oh how i miss a nice mug of coffee, it's just not the same black, i used to like it really milky with a sugar.. soya milk curdles in coffee, but is fine in tea.

when i'm not feeling lazy, i can generally mimic what i'm cooking for my hubs and kids (ie meat+dairy) i use a fair few cans of pinto/haricot/red kidney beans etc and chuck half a can in with veggies and a sauce for a pie, or make a batch of chilli, 'cottage' pie etc. but i tend to be heavy handed with the carbs no matter what, which is what needed to be addressed for sure.

i'm sure i've got a withdrawl headache, but just cannot put my finger on what it is, and why now? why 10 days into my new healthy eating plan?
