Hello everyone -
I spoke some words in the gym today about why doing crazy stuff like chain drags etc are good for beginners to training - I truly believe most new starters need to learn the basic compound moves and then learn how to train them HARD.
Too many people look for a different exercise, routine, supplement etc as they think what they are doing isn't working - sorry but most of the time your just not doing it well enough. I have found myself saying this over and over again to people face to face who seek my help. You just need to learn how to put that extra 10% effort in and results will follow.
Anyway enough of my moody dribble - here's a great example of how your supposed to feel after 3 sets of 20 rep squats when it's roasting in the gym:

haha pete it's never gonna die down is it?
i agree MB, most people think "machines are best for technique" but they aren't are they? if you use free weights you will build technique, i wish i knew earlier when i started!
