use it to top up protein numbers whenever needed. make sure your diet and training is sorted otherwise you won't get many benefits from supplements.

Cheers mate, thing is in my house my parents dont really take much note in protien foods or a diet for me, so i only have 45mins on a morning to have breakfast thats including flaming shower/shave.

30mins for dinner at work which is a load of turd to be honest!

So that only leaves me with tea time.

    eh?

there's always a way around stuff like that. you could offer to go food shopping with your folks and then clean out the reduced section and freeze them.

    bulk cook in the weekends.

make some protein flapjacks for snacking on, check out the recipe in my signature.
