So I feel were pretty close to sorting out a good diet for me, what do you think everyone? Thank you everyone for your help so far.

    06:00 Am
4 eggs mixed up with mushrooms onions and tomatoes and cooked into an omelette.

    09:30 Am
Handful of walnuts/hazelnuts/almonds and handful of berries/a piece of fruit

    12.30 Pm
Salad with Tuna/Mackerel/Salmon/Chicken leg/Chicken breast/Beef/Lamp/Pork [No lean cuts]

    03:00 Pm
Handful of walnuts/hazelnuts/almonds and handful of berries/a piece of fruit

    05:00 Pm
Vegetables with Tuna/Mackerel/Salmon/Chicken leg/Chicken breast/Beef/Lamp/Pork [No lean cuts]

    08:00 Pm
1 Full fat, plain natural yoghurt

    Questions:

Would it be better to buy a whole chicken than the breast, legs etc?

What sort of exercise should I be doing along with this meal plan? I have a real hard time with motivation, but ive been for a walk once in the last week (Sadly its better than my previous few months) and done a few other activities (Had to push a broken down car for quite a distance lol)

I hate jogging, but I try when I can. I think my main problem is no structure. I have a exercise bike if that helps and weights in my room – But with regards to the weights I got a bit tired and lazy of doing it etc

Why dont you take up cycling.... I like it, its a good compromise between walking (which you have to do a lot of to burn a decent amount of calories) and jogging (which is relatively hard) its also pretty enjoyable on a nice day...

With your diet btw you might find you are in a bad mood as you are used to eating loads of carbs.... you have gone there from eating like 300grams a day to eating almost no grams a day lol....maybe either reduce them a bit more gradually or eat slightly more carbs....

Would there be a lot of difference if i replaced the 12.30 salad with the same food as the 09:30am and 03:00pm meals E.G piece of fruit and handful of nuts?

Also, would it be ok to have 2 pieces of fruit and a handful of nuts? instead of 1 piece of fruit.
