doooods, well, weird weekend, i only ate half my meals sat and sunday and managed to loose 2lbs, ****in insane!! but, this week im back to the grind. ive changes my work out this week too, from the 5x5s to monday - tris, neck and back. wednesday - bis and chest and friday - big stuff, squats, deads etc.
am going to see how this goes as my bench has been stalling and im getting a bit bored of the routine. so my current weight sits at 12st 10.5lbs, hope fully this will be maintained this week or may even be a little higher but i think im getting a cold so im worried i might see some crap eating days this week. we'll see![]()
