You'll definately have a hard time building muscle and losing fat simultaneously, chose one of the other and then you can make a better decision.

I know some similar threads have been posted but I wanted to be a little more specific to my situation:
I am trying to increase muscle size, while reducing my body fat.
I work monday - friday, 9am - 5.30pm... and I get to the gym at about 6pm and work out for about 1.5hrs, a mix of cardio and weight training.
I recently bought Hurricane XS as it suits my needs. However, im unsure of when to take it... if I take it post workout (as many Hurricane XS posters advise) will this not be too close to my sleep time? as I will need to eat dinner as well? To me it seems like it would be a good supliment to take 1.5/2 hours before increase protein, carb, etc levels for workout to postworkout.
Whats the best working mans diet to include Hurricane XS, to increase muscle size and also lean up and burn that FAT.

did you ever find the answer to this alex because i am in exactly the same dilemma now!
FWIW I train at night and used to take it after the gym along with PWO meal as I found food before gym far better than a shake
No matter how hard, heavy, and intensely you train, muscle will not grow without proper nutritional reinforcement.
