hi thanks for your comments and it is ideal to mix maltodextrin and implact whey but after looking around on MYPROTEIN . . .
I am thinking to keep my protein input high with my carbs just a tiny bit lower and also i am now considering creatine and glutamine for recovery. Therefore i think i should get HURRICANE XS as that has enough calories for a hard weight gainer like me with 219calories. Also protein is 29.6g and carbs are 20.3g. Also it has 5g of creatine ,glutamine and 1.5g of HMB. All i could say is i could buy maltodextrin and add more carbs in if nessecary.
As i am only going to be taking the protein shake after my workout on the 4 days i think this will be benefit me mostly as i have been on protein shakes for the last 5 weeks it may be ideal to move on to creatine now ?
