    not just for a base, but for a good well-balanced physique, not just massive upper, tiny lower, you get what i mean?
    and as squats release alot of GH!

    i would do cardio on non-weight days or do LISS (Low intensity, stead state) cardio after weights, then do sprints/HIIT training on non-weight days

    Thanks guys.
    I was thinking about getting an ab roller too? Can anyone shed any light about if they actually work or would I just be wasting my money?
