not sure where to post this (here or the diet area)? im still fairly new to the site so newbie section will do.. just a few questions on my diet if a few opinions could be given?

wake up - 3 eggs scrambled bit of extra virgin olive oil. porridge oats with 'fruit and nuts'.

30 mins- later wholemeal toast peanut butter and a mp whey shake with whole milk.

1.5 hrs later- small handfull of pasta with broccoli and carrotts with a tin of mackeral.. fresh fruit salad. alternatively some red meat with veg.

1hr later- (train if its a weight training day sun tue or thurs)

pwo - 45 mins after last set, whey shake with full milk and hand full of nuts maybe 150 grams pre cooked chicken.

1.5 hrs later chicken breast broccoli carrotts and gravy (just for some moisture)

1 hr later mon wed fri muay thai class. shake after class, nuts.

maybe a glass of full milk randomly in the evening..

porridge oats again before bed.. i have to be full when going to sleep i cant go to bed hungry!! is there any issue with the carbs before bed am i shooting myself in the foot in any way?

anything i should consider putting in my diet or taking out.. thanks.

well you need to state if your bulking/cutting/maintaining etc

i would ditch the PB on toast (the 30mins one)
have nuts, cheese, beef jerky etc

try and have your PWO shake straight after the weights session (and try and have with water then milk)

and the carbs at night are up to you, some people find carbs make your insulin spike, so then on the low they fall asleep
you could try some cottage cheese instead?

im just trying to build some lean muscle get a little bigger, so yeah i think your right -bulking..

o.k ill change to water, is this just after the weights training or is it better to have it with water all of the time?

how would i tell if carbs are giving me a insulin spike or is it just science that they will?

are you quite skinny? (no offense, trying to get your physique type)

yeah just for PWO (some say it doesn't matter etc. but i find it does PWO, other times with milk is fine)

i don't think you'll notice too much, as we get these spikes all the time, so it's kinda norm!

if you can eat it and fall asleep, carry on mate!

cheers mate, i wouldnt say skinny more athletic ha. im 6ft 3.5 and tonight im weighing in at 88kg so i'd prob be classed as underweight id like to be somewhere around 92kg..

im literally hungry all the time i can eat a decent meal as above then 30-40 mins later i could eat it again.. i do have fat around my stomach so dont really want to fatten up too much incase i cant lose it.. a flat stomach is the result i want eventually regarding asthetics.. when i get hungry between meals (like now) what would be a good snack?

o right didnt realise you meant if i find hard sleeping stop eating it before bed, i feel like i need to be full when going to bed.. happy with that info good stuff need my porridge ....
