    What's a mega tea cap ?

    Already got my oats lined up for the morning Tempted to start cycling to work too so improve fitness a bit. Just looking at all the different types of lifts in the link Muse gave me.

    Box says Oats can be made iwth water or milk. I used milk.
    Does it matter ?

    had 2 soft boiled eggs for lunch, dunno whats for tea.

    you need to learn fats are not bad, they can be your friend!
