I often don't get alot of time to cook and if i need to make a quick meal, i usually just fry 3 or 4 eggs, a can of baked beans and 3 pieces of wholemeal toast with butter. Mybe a glass of fruit juice but if not a glass of semi-skimmed milk.

Say i usually have 5 meals a day, 3 of these would be the prior meal. Is this too much fat you reckon? I hold off on fat with my other meals and i'm looking to gain size aswell as increase strength.

what do you think? Any suggestions on improving?

Some fats are bad for you, some are good for you. Don't worry yourself about the fat content of the eggs, the milk or the butter. Margarine however is something to be avoided as generally it contains hydrogenated oil and vegetable shortening. Vegetable oil, sunflower oil are also best to avoid for the same reason. Ideally use coconut oil or olive oil for frying.

Why not poach the eggs rather than fry them too. If you put a tablespoon of white wine vinegar in the water this helps keep the egg together.

9 Slices of bread a day is quite a lot. Bread is highly processed rubbish with loads of chemicals and precious little nutrition.

I doubt your friends/family will thank you for eating 3 tins of baked beands a day either

I'd worry more about the amount of sugar in the baked beans than the fat, to be honest.

I'd worry more about the salt.

If you want to gain size as well as strength, calories are your friend the source (carbs or fat) doesnt really matter that much.

Id say you probably want more fat in your diet, monounsaturates, polyunsaturates and saturated fat, they will boost your test levels and get you lifting bigger.
