Im looking at buying impact whey protein and thermopure, but can I take them together. If so, when should I be taking them?
My overall goal is to lose fat and build lean muscle. Im working out 4 times a week in the gym and swimming once a week.
Any advice is much appreciated.

1 scoop is not 18-19g protein!
my 1scoop is 30g of whey, so 24g protein mate
and 4 scoops is 4 x 120kcals = 480kcals, that's like a meal to some people!
i would have just them PWO, if you eat right before a session, then that will be adequate!
and it would be better to have 4 scoops spread out through the day, then having 4 in the space of about 2hours!

I would not suggest taking them together at all.
Not unless you want to burp what feels like molten lava. I'd highly recommend a meal atleast 1 hour before you intend to warm up and take the thermopure just as you begin to warm up for your workout.
It does not go well with food or liquid.(except water)

Yea suj your right but i usually go by the amount as stated on Impact Whey Protein product page, I go by the recommended amount stated below:
Which is approx 19.5g of protein as is, Whereas per 30g there is 23.6g of protein, Therefore 2 scoops = 39g of protein = 156kcals, with exception to carbs and fats in the product. I dont know just my thoughts lolQuote

my bad khris, just when i weighed my large scoop, it was 30.6g (so about 24g protein lol)
but a meal is much better before a sesh khris, you get nutrition and minerals/vitamins, that a whey shake just hasn't got!
