    hi guys

    i have been skinny since i wqs around 10 years old or maybe younger. it seems i have fast metabolism. CAn someone guide me how to gain weight ?

    I have bought Weight Gainer (6lb) - [2.72kg] High Carb, Protein & Calorie but wondering is that enough to gain weight? do i have to go gym as well or can i just gain via that? idealy i also want to gain some muscles too

    Any ideas?

    It depends on how much exercise you already do, but it would probably be more effective if you were to go to the gym aswell.

    Hi, ok gaining weight is as simple as this:

    If your total caloric intake to maintain bodyweight is 3,000 kcal, If you eat 500 more kcal thats 3,500, do this for a week you will have gained 1 lb of fat, However if you train hard enough and regularly this may increase with muscle mass also.

    Lots of threads in the beginners section, have a read through and you will be surprised how easy it is, the only hard part is keeping consistant to what you need to do.
