    Hey,

I wonder if anyone can help me. I have been a regular at the gym for years doing a mix of cardio and weights but have never tried any kind of protein supplements etc.

My borther and a couple of guys in work are using branded stuff and have said they are getting good results. One of them is actually lifting 50% heavier weights and has gained no weight at all.

Which is what I want to do, I dont want to bulk up or chage shape I just want lean muscle mass, I have been told the best way to achieve this is by using the Meal replacement sachets twice daily with a normal dinner and go on a course of creatine?

Anyone know if this is this correct, i just wanted to check before placing my first order.

50% heavier weights will be due to muscle recruitment man, nothing to do with protein shakes - you want lean muscle mass then eating a higher proportion of protein will help but really - have a look through the beginner stickies.
