However, I'll be honest with you (I would appreciate this if I were in your position myself) but that picture screams absolute underdevelopment to me. Train and diet consistently for 6 months and see where you're at, then you can assess your body and goals from there.
One quick, and most likely pointless question.. I assume you haven't taken any form of steroid in the past?
