    Hi guys

been out of training since last year due to being between jobs and other things, but now i have until october to train ( got funding for my Phd at york uni )

can anyone recommend a routine to get me back into training. i was on stronglifts, so may stay with that to get my strength back up, but i want to start back on HST which i enjoy and have done previously

wrt diet, i am slowly starting to eat more, but my appetite has been small the last few months. i am sure once i burn some cals i'll get very hungry again.

my old "1RM "lifts were , dl 180kg x2, bench - somewhere between 85-100kg, squat maybe 120kg ? ( last time i squatted was 5x5 102.5kg so thats an estimate)..looking forward to breaking the 100kg mark on bench and 200kg for the DL

nothing wrong with going back to stronglifts or starting strength.

Drop back the weights and build up again, you'll soon break through.
